Colours Swati’s Little Biography

Colours Swati, well known as Swathi, is a TV presenter and actress. She gained her nickname and popularity from her role in the TV show Colours transmit by television MAA TV in Telugu in Andhra Pradesh, India. After a few movies in supporting character, she made her first public appearance as a leading role in Tamil Movie Subramaniyapuram and Telugu movie Ashta Chamma. Her role as Lavanya in Ashta Chamma gained censorious public popularity and she won the Filmfare Award and Nandi Award for Best Actress.

Swathi was born on 9th April 1987 in Vladisostok (USSR) and her father served in Indian Navy and he was appointed as a submariner in USSR. She was named as ‘Syetlana(Beautiful girl) but her mother modified it to Swati. She spent her childhood in Vizag.
